Commission Process & Purchase Policies:
Commissions are requested by filling out the form above. An estimate is provided after determining size and subject matter. If the buyer provides a reference photo, it must be high resolution (at least 1 MB). A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before starting the piece. The remaining balance is paid to the artist upon completion of the piece.
Any purchased artwork that is left at the artist studio for more than 90 days is considered abandoned and becomes the property of the artist.
Copyright for any artwork, including commissions, belongs to the artist and artworks cannot be reproduced without the artist’s consent.
The artist reserves the rights to update these policies at any time, and any such updates apply to all purchases, past and future.
